The Cook

The Cook restaurant is in a unique location: the main room it is frescoed by the seventeenth-century artist Bernardo Strozzi.
To introduce guests to our culinary thinking we suggest three tasting menus created and designed by our chefs: Ivano Ricchebono, Marco Primiceri and our pastry chef Lucia De Prai.
We also have a traditional and quicker menu for those wishing to indulge in a small break in an exclusive and unique environment.
