Established in 1828 by the Swiss Klainguti brothers, it is now managed by the Ubaldi family. Entrance doors, shop windows and sign have been refurbished according to period style. In addition to “zena” and “sacripantina” cakes, you find ivory, green and golden boiserie, and paintings by Attilio Mangini, documents, confectionery moulds and tools and an autograph by Giuseppe Verdi.
