Originally a tavern opened in 1932 by the uncle of the current proprietor, Giacomo Ricci, the bar still has its original glass sign and pitchpine window frames. The fittings – bar counter, shelves and barrels – and the woodwork, marble chip flooring and plaster ceiling with wrought iron light fixtures make for a beautiful setting, and the bar still has several antique wrought iron corkscrews.
