The “Monte di Capenardo” Agricultural Cooperative breeds cattle and pigs on the mountains of Genoa. Animals live in the pasture and because they do not we use neither antibiotics nor GMOs our meat is good, healthy and well digestible. At Macelli44, a company store, you can also find chickens, eggs and our artisan salamis. Everything is certified organic and there is also the dry aged reserve, with aged steaks for up to 120 days: intense aroma, creamy consistency and a taste out of the ordinary!
